Job Title: Vendor Operations Associate (Purchase Orders, Procurement)
Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
Working Model: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) (Tuesdays are anchor days, and two other days of the week are required on site, the remaining two are remote)
Working Days: Monday through Friday
Working Hours: Standard 8 hour shift
Interview Format: Two Rounds (1. Panel [45 minutes], 2. Hiring Manager - Rick B. [45 minutes])

- Contract Management: Managing contracts from creation through approval, execution, and lifecycle management
- Vendor/Supplier Management: Working directly with vendors, suppliers, agencies, HCPs, and internal stakeholders
- PO Management: Creating, reviewing, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders
- Procurement Systems: Experience with procurement/ERP systems; MyBuy is highly preferred
- Procurement Operations: Understanding procurement workflows, purchasing processes, approvals, and compliance
