An independent, community-owned, not-for-profit health system is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician or Medical Oncologist to join its established program serving a vast referral region across western Nebraska. Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week with Fridays off
• ~60% Medical Oncology, 40% Benign Hematology
• No acute leukemia management

• Multidisciplinary cancer conferences twice monthly

Compensation & Benefits:
• MGMA 85th percentile base salary
• Up to $80,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
