What You'll Do

• Install and test automation equipment for safety shutdown systems on wells and production facilities
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot serial radio networks
• Install, maintain, and repair automation equipment — including pressure, temperature, and level transmitters, PLCs, liquid flow meters, and flow controllers
• Perform preventative maintenance on safety shutdown equipment
• Respond to emergency service calls, including after-hours
• Maintain accurate documentation on daily tasks and equipment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of oilfield automation experience desired
• High school diploma required; 2-year technical degree preferred
• Ability to learn multiple software programs for configuring field devices
• A strong personal commitment to safety — for yourself and your team
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Willingness to be on call and work unscheduled overtime
• Ability to perform well under pressure with strong decision-making skills
• Creativity, innovation, and comfort adapting to change and ambiguity
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and Outlook
• Clean driver's license and driving record
