We're partnering with a well-established national allied health organisation seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join their collaborative team with opportunities in Townsville, QLD

The Role

You'll manage a varied caseload across:

• DVA

• Medicare (EPC)

• NDIS

• Home Care Packages

• Workers Compensation

• Private clients

Your work will include clinic, community and home-based services, allowing you to build broad clinical skills while making a meaningful difference to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and functional evaluations

• Develop and deliver individualised exercise programs

• Provide one-on-one and small group exercise interventions

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans

• Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, dietitians and other health professionals

• Complete high-quality clinical documentation

• Educate clients on self-management, injury prevention and long-term health outcomes

About You

You will have:

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (or eligibility)

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Highly Regarded

• Experience with DVA, NDIS, Medicare or Home Care clients

• Private practice or community health experience

• Interest in chronic disease management, rehabilitation, pain management or healthy ageing

• Experience delivering group exercise programs
