Essential Technical Skills
- Demonstrated experience with OT Security in manufacturing environments
- Hands-on OT manufacturing expertise
- Strong background managing OT, industrial, infrastructure, or cybersecurity programmes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (IT, OT, infrastructure, security, vendors, and site stakeholders)
- Experience with multi-site or complex industrial deployments
- Deep understanding of OT/ICS environments and plant-facing delivery challenges
Relevant Experience (one or more of the following)
- OT network segmentation initiatives
- Industrial infrastructure upgrades or transformations
- OT cybersecurity remediation programmes
- Plant or site migration projects
- Server, VM, or platform migrations in manufacturing environments
- Network and Firewall changes in OT settings
- Secure remote access, VLAN, routing, or related network implementations
- Multi-site industrial rollouts
Additional Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, RAID, risk management, and reporting skills
- Ability to coordinate with local site teams, engineering, OT stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and vendors
- EU passport required
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences preferred
- Familiarity with GMP/GxP environments is an advantage
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, GICSP, CISSP, CISM, or IEC 62443 are a plus
