Machine Operator

Job Summary
Are you dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in learning new equipment? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Muskegon, MI. In this role, you’ll operate various production machines used to manufacture tube and wire products while ensuring parts meet required measurements and quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
•    Operating various production machinery safely and efficiently
•    Measuring materials and finished parts using a tape measure
•    Reading measurements accurately down to 1/32 of an inch
•    Loading materials into machines and removing completed parts
•    Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
•    Following work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures
In addition, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and learn additional machines and processes as needed.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
•    Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
•    Ability to accurately read a tape measure down to 1/32 of an inch
•    Willingness to learn and operate different types of machinery
•    Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work
•    Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

•    Basic mechanical aptitude

•    Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
•    Basic math and measurement skills

•    Ability to work effectively as part of a team
