Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance datasets related to workforce, skills, and training programs
- Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and dashboard visualisations to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with governance standards
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis techniques
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of data management and reporting processes
- Support workforce growth and capability development initiatives through insightful analytics
About You:
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in managing complex datasets, reports, and dashboards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within government or highly regulated environments (desired)
- A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance
