Jayce Grayye Consulting & Recruiting is searching for a Founding Account Executive to join one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the home services industry.
This isn't a role for someone looking to inherit a territory. This is for a builder. Our client has already signed some of the largest home services enterprises and private equity-backed consolidators in the country. They've done it profitably, without a dedicated sales team, and without outside funding.
Now they're looking for a killer who can help take the company from early traction to $10M ARR and beyond. The platform leverages AI to analyze customer interactions across the entire customer journey, helping home service companies book more appointments, uncover new revenue opportunities, and increase customer lifetime value.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Selling directly to VP, C-Suite, and executive decision-makers
- Running multi-stakeholder discovery calls
- Delivering customized product demonstrations
- Building ROI business cases that justify investment
- Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
- Generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, events, referrals, and networking
- Expanding existing customer relationships and uncovering upsell opportunities
- Working directly with the founders to refine and improve the go-to-market strategy
- Helping build the sales playbook that will scale the company for years to come

What This Job Entails
- Prospecting and generating new enterprise opportunities
- Conducting high-level discovery conversations with executives
- Managing long and complex sales cycles
- Building multi-threaded relationships within target accounts
- Developing business cases and ROI models
- Negotiating and closing six and seven-figure opportunities
- Managing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Collaborating with founders on sales strategy and execution
- Consistently exceeding quota and revenue targets
- Helping establish repeatable sales processes as the company scales
Requirements (What It Takes To Win Here)
This role isn't for average performers.
We're looking for someone who has consistently been at the top of the leaderboard.
- 5+ years of SaaS or technology sales experience
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing six-figure or seven-figure deals
- Experience selling to VP-level and C-suite executives
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- History of exceeding quota and revenue goals
Preferred Experience
- Selling AI, SaaS, or revenue-generating technology solutions
- Selling to sales leaders, revenue leaders, or operations executives
- Home services or trades industry experience
- Experience working with private equity-backed organizations
- Startup or founding sales experience
- Experience helping build sales processes and playbooks
