Site Manager - Relocation to Adelaide

We're looking to speak with Commercial Construction Site Managers that would consider relocating themselves to Adelaide to take on important construction projects in the current construction boom!

Design & Build is once again partnering with one of our national clients to find a Site Manager. This permanent role offers the chance to be a part of an inclusive working environment. If you have 5-10 years' experience working as a Site Manager for a tier 1 or tier 2 business, multi residential and high-rise expertise, and a track record with projects over $50 million, we want to hear from you. Based in Adelaide, this position offers a competitive salary of up to $250k including super.

Requirements:

• Must have multi residential and high-rise project experience
• Proven track record with projects over $50 million
• Excellent leadership & communication
• Demonstrated ability to drive project delivery on time and within budget.
• Great knowledge of OH&S 
• Have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors on site

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary package: The salary on offer is between $180k package - $220k package for a Site Manager with 5 years experience. If you're a Senior Site Manager, up to $250k package is on offer.
