Showroom Coordinator

Location: Tralee, Co. Kerry (will involve travelling to Killarney HQ one day per week)

Working hours: 5-day week, Monday–Saturday (One weekday off) 8:45am-17:30pm

Salary: €33k - €35k

On behalf of our client, one of Irelands leading furniture companies, we are seeking a Showroom Coordinator for their store in Tralee, Co. Kerry. The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom, providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and maintaining a professional & welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and ensure an excellent showroom experience.
  • Support the sales team with client appointments, showroom tours, demonstrations and follow ups.
  • Maintain showroom presentation & display.
  • Manage enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Handle administrative duties including data entry, CRM updates, and order processing.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
  • Sales and/or interior design experience preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
