职位描述：
1.参与研发多智能体协同框架，构建具备任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理系统，保障复杂环境下的可靠协调；
2.参与Infra智能体的创新研发，设计可解释的Agent行为决策机制；
3.协同前、后端团队完成系统集成。
职位要求：
1.计算机科学、数学、统计学、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历；
2.扎实的数学、算法原理基础和一定的工程能力；
3.熟练掌握主流Agent框架相关技术栈（如LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen、Google ADK）；
4.具备良好的学习能力、创造力、责任心和沟通协作能力。
加分项：
1.研究方向与Agent相关；
2.对Infra相关知识储备；
3.具备一定的工程能力。
