- Role summary
- Senior technical leader representing Japan Entity K.K. to strategic customers and the market. Drives solution adoption, influences product roadmap with market intelligence, and supports executive-level engagements.
- Key responsibilities
- Act as technical executive to strategic and enterprise customers; lead executive briefings and technical negotiations.
- Provide technical leadership on large, complex deployments and architectural decisions.
- Feed customer and market requirements into product roadmap; partner with product and engineering.
- Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and in published thought leadership (white papers, webinars).
- Build and manage technical alliances and partner ecosystems (SI, ISV, cloud providers).
- Track threat trends, regulations, and industry standards; educate internal teams and customers.
- Mentor and enable sales and solutions teams on advanced technical topics.
- Required skills & knowledge
- Deep domain knowledge of cyber threats, security operations, cloud security, and regulatory impacts. * Include AI knowledge etc.
- Business and financial acumen to discuss ROI, TCO, and risk with executives.
- Outstanding public speaking, media, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Japanese and business English for multi-region roles.
Requirements
- Desired experience & certifications
- 10+ years in security engineering, architecture, or senior technical leadership with customer-facing experience.
- Recognized industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, OSCP) and public speaking / published work preferred.
- Proven track record of driving strategic account wins and influencing product roadmaps.
- Example KPIs
- Revenue influence from strategic accounts.
- Number of enterprise deals influenced / closed, and productize us as partner service.
- Customer retention and expansion within target accounts.
- Product features adopted based on Field CTO feedback.
- Event appearances, thought leadership reach, and lead generation metrics.
