Take on a critical role within the Construction delivery team, supporting Project Managers across multiple concurrent projects. Acting as the financial and administrative backbone of each project, you'll manage budgets, contracts, and variations, and be the key communications link between the business, its clients, and its suppliers.

- Assess and process subcontractor and supplier invoices and variations
- Prepare, issue, and manage client variations through to approval and invoicing
- Coordinate RFIs, EOTs, and project documentation
- Produce weekly/periodic client progress reports and manage client communication
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams on scheduling and deliveries
- Support OH&S documentation, SWMS, and site inductions
- 3–5 years' post-experience as a Contract Administrator within construction, fitout, or a related environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to track, manage, and report on budgets
- Excellent attention to detail across contracts, quotations, and specifications
- Experience using Procore and MYOB
- Confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable liaising across clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
