Work collaboratively with the delivery team of an up and coming Fitout & Refurbishment company delivering hospitality and retail projects up to $11M.

- Work closely with the Project Manager and client through the full project life cycle, attending weekly progress and client meetings.
- Manage tender and budget coordination, including RFQs/RFIs, tender reviews, trade negotiations, and letting packages.
- Administer commercial contracts including NODs, EOTs, progress payments, variations, and document control.
- Coordinate subcontractors, orders, and deliveries via construction management software, ensuring WHS and quality assurance on site.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, statutory declarations, and support EOI submissions and handover documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to keep projects on time, on budget, and aligned with scope and company values.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Design & Construction, Contracts Administration, etc.)
- Proven Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator experience managing complex commercial construction projects, ideally Fitout/Refurbishment, and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and contractors.
- Knowledge of construction methods and regulations (NCC & AS), with the ability to work independently and remotely as required.
- Flexible, ambitious, and hard-working mindset, including willingness to work additional hours and travel nationally when needed.
