Travel & Expense Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Analyst to support the full lifecycle of its Travel & Expense program. This role is responsible for auditing employee expense reports for compliance with company policy, managing corporate credit card accounts, resolving Workday expense-related issues, and serving as a key resource for employees with questions regarding expense procedures and corporate cards

Job Details:

Duration: 6 months contract with potential conversion or extension W2
Location: Remote- EST
Pay Rate: $20-$25 hourly W2



Essential Job Functions

• Audit employee expense reports online for accuracy and compliance with the T&E policy
• Manage corporate credit card accounts
• Investigate and resolve T&E related issues or queries in a prompt and professional manner
• Mine and analyze data to develop management reports
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and other parties
• Execute established ad hoc processes with attention to detail
• Analyze procedures and recommend improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
• Demonstrate active engagement in meetings with thoughtful questions and raising critical issues for discussion

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite
• Diligence and strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact well with diverse levels of employees and provide superior customer service
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing organization

 

Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
