AWX is currently seeking experienced Skilled Labourers, Roller Operators and Water Cart Operators to join our team on a major helipad construction project in Laidley
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile civil construction project with ongoing work available for the right candidates.
About the Role
You will be involved in the construction of a helipad facility, undertaking a variety of civil and earthworks tasks including:
Operating rollers and water carts safely and efficiently
Assisting with bulk earthworks and site preparation
General civil labouring duties
Working around mobile plant and machinery
Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
Following site and client safety procedures
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous civil construction experience
Current Roller Ticket (for Roller Operator positions)
Current Water Cart Ticket/Experience (for Water Cart Operator positions)
Construction White Card
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Highly Regarded
HR Licence
GPS or Final Trim experience
Additional plant tickets (Loader, Excavator, Skid Steer, etc.)
Experience working on road, infrastructure or subdivision projects
