About the Role
The On-Site Lead/Bilingual Shift Support will partner closely with on-site managers to facilitate effective communication, assist with onboarding and training, and support associates during their shifts. The ideal candidate must be dependable, able to translate effectively for associates when needed, and comfortable partnering with on-site managers to help support a smooth associate experience.
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift Hours: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide translation support for associates and on-site managers
- Assist with day-one onboarding processes
- Support PIT training and reinforce safety and performance standards
- Conduct basic coaching and performance check-ins
- Support attendance, productivity, and site expectations
- Escalate associate questions or concerns to the management team
- Complete basic administrative tasks related to onboarding and daily operations
- Maintain a professional presence on the floor
- Support overtime shifts when scheduled
Schedule Expectations
This role will be assigned by shift, with the goal of having one On-Site Lead/Bilingual Shift Support associate per shift. Leads should understand that when their respective shift is scheduled for overtime, they will also be expected to work that overtime to provide consistent support to the team.
Key Requirements
- Ability to translate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in lead, trainer, onboarding, or warehouse support roles preferred
- Comfortable supporting new hire onboarding and performance coaching
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Dependable with the ability to work overtime as needed
- Professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive associate matters
- Understanding of safety, attendance, and performance standards
