One of North Carolina’s largest physician‑owned multispecialty groups is seeking a primary care physician to join an established team in a high‑growth, resort‑style community.
For more than 70 years, this physician‑led organization with more than 130 providers has served communities across central North Carolina, maintaining a culture centered on clinical excellence, collaboration, and long‑term physician success. This opportunity offers a rare combination of autonomy, stability, and a clear pathway to ownership.
Position Details:
-100% outpatient practice
-No call responsibilities, weekends or holiday coverage
-Established team of physicians and APPs
-15–20 patients per day
-Dedicated walk‑in clinic support of 11 APPs to preserve continuity and schedule flexibility
-Onsite imaging, laboratory services, and extensive specialty support

-6 weeks of PTO plus 8 paid holidays
