We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join a fast-paced logistics operation based in Melbourne’s South-East. This role involves end-to-end warehouse operations including receivals, dispatch, inventory control, and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming goods accurately
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or safety issues
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Experience with pick/pack, receivals and dispatch processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to lift and move stock safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
