Apply directProject Officer
· Provide assistance to Project/Contract Managers with;
o Delivery and/or review of projects
o Preparation of Project Plans and/or Contract Documentation
o Reporting on Project Progress, Performance and Issues
o Research Related Projects
· Provide support with the development, maintenance and improvement of project and/or contract management processors, systems and guidelines
· Assist with undertaking contract payments, claims and variations
· Provide Project Support and Assistance with;
· Scheduling and implementing project tasks, activities, milestones cost and funding budgets
· Scoping, project development, design, delivery and review of projects
· Development, co-ordinating and reviewing project close out activities including lessons learned
· Improving safety in the workplace and monitoring of contractor’s safety performance
· Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
ESSENTIAL:
· Skill, knowledge and experience in
o One or more of road and/or bridge design, construction and maintenance
o Project development and management processes
o Research, analysis and problem solving
o Building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
o Written communication
· Knowledge of:
o Contract administration systems and procedures
o Policies and practices on work health and safety (WHS) and on EEO, diversity and equity
· Possession of a current Western Australian ‘C’ or ‘C-A’ Class (car) motor vehicle drivers licence or an approved equivalent
