ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be a key player in a high-impact internal tech team, working closely with the Head of Technology and stakeholders across the business. You’ll lead the development of digital platforms from ERP and eCommerce to fulfilment and internal tools, focusing on complex, high-value projects that support global scale.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be a key player in a high-impact internal tech team, working closely with the Head of Technology and stakeholders across the business. You’ll lead the development of digital platforms from ERP and eCommerce to fulfilment and internal tools, focusing on complex, high-value projects that support global scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain applications across the business
- Collaborate with the Head of Technology and business stakeholders to scope, build, and deliver technical solutions
- Take ownership of engineering across internal platforms and customer-facing systems
- Provide technical problem-solving and contribute to scalable, maintainable system architecture
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high development standards
- Support and collaborate with the offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment on quality and delivery
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and NestJS, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience building scalable, production-grade applications
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools
- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across business functions
- Experience with AWS cloud and serverless infrastructure
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to explore new tools, frameworks, and best practices
- Exposure to AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, with an interest in exploring how AI can be integrated into business applications and internal platforms
- Familiarity with AI-powered APIs, generative AI tools, or LLM integrations is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a marketing, digital, or advertising agency environment is highly regarded
- Understanding of marketing technology, eCommerce platforms, digital campaigns, or customer-facing digital solutions would be an advantage
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative, and client-facing environment is a plus
- Melbourne-based on-site model: office-based with 1 day WFH per fortnight
