ABOUT THE COMPANY.

We are currently seeking experienced Administration Officers for a range of temporary opportunities across multiple Local Councils throughout Sydney. These positions support various departments and projects, offering opportunities for candidates with previous Local Council or Government experience to contribute to busy council environments.

Assignments vary in duration and may involve administration support, data management, customer service, records management, project administration, and regulatory support functions.


ABOUT THE ROLE.

Temporary positions ranging from short-term projects to longer-term contracts. Depending on the assignment, you may be required to attend the office full-time or work in a hybrid arrangement.


DUTIES.
  • Conduct high volume data entry and records management
  • Provide administrative support to Council teams
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process applications, correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records across Council systems
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 
  • Previous experience working within Local Council or Government environments essential
  • Experience using Civica Authority, TRIM, Pathway or TechOne highly desirable
  • Strong administration and data entry skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful candidates may be required to undergo Police and Medical Checks

You will be someone who is highly motivated, adaptable and able to work autonomously when required. You will be comfortable working in fast-paced Council environments and liaising with a range of stakeholders.


REMUNERATIONS & BENEFITS.

  • $35ph-$40ph + Super
