Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for a permanent opportunity on a Data Centre project in Grimsby?
We’re looking for a Document Controller to join the project delivery team, supporting the effective management, control and distribution of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to play an important role within a complex project environment, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and managed in line with established processes.
What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Managing, maintaining and controlling project documentation and records
✔️ Ensuring documents are accurately filed, tracked and distributed
✔️ Maintaining document registers and monitoring revisions, approvals and workflows
✔️ Supporting project teams with document control processes and requirements
✔️ Ensuring project information remains accurate, current and accessible
✔️ Working closely with stakeholders to maintain effective document management processes
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a document management role
🔹 Experience within construction, engineering or complex project environments
🔹 Data Centre project experience would be beneficial
🔹 Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
🔹 Confident using document management systems and Microsoft Office
🔹 Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
