Manager, Treasury 

Overview 

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Treasury Manager will oversee the company's treasury activities across its regional operations. This role focuses on managing liquidity, debt financing, banking relationships, financial risk, and treasury processes while supporting the continued growth of the business. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Cash & Liquidity Management 

• Monitor daily cash positions and optimise liquidity across various entities. 

• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support short- and long-term funding plans. 

• Manage working capital requirements and intercompany funding arrangements. 

• Coordinate banking activities, including account administration, KYC documentation, and signatory updates. 

• Oversee payment processing and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. 

Debt & Financing 

• Assist in arranging and executing financing facilities, including project financing. 

• Coordinate financing documentation with lenders, legal counsel, and other advisors. 

• Manage loan drawdowns, repayments, interest servicing, and ongoing lender reporting. 

• Track compliance with financing covenants and reporting obligations. 

• Administer bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other financing instruments where required. 

Treasury Risk Management 

• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures across business operations. 

• Support the execution and monitoring of hedging strategies, including FX forwards and interest rate swaps. 

• Maintain supporting documentation for treasury transactions and hedge accounting where applicable. 

Treasury Operations 

• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure governance and compliance. 

• Oversee treasury activities such as payments, settlements, bank administration, and confirmations. 

• Partner with the Finance team on reconciliations, treasury accounting, audits, and process improvements. 

• Ensure compliance with internal approval policies and financing agreements. 

Reporting & Business Support 

• Prepare treasury reports, cash position updates, and financing presentations for management and stakeholders. 

• Work closely with Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations teams on funding and project-related matters. 

• Administer online banking platforms and treasury management systems. 

• Support strategic projects and other treasury-related initiatives as required. 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. 

• Around 7–10 years of treasury experience, ideally with exposure to project financing or structured debt. 

• Strong knowledge of cash management, debt facilities, treasury operations, and financial risk management. 

• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Prior exposure to infrastructure, data centres, real estate, or private equity-backed businesses would be advantageous. 

• Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with stakeholders in Taiwan. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
