Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining shipment records, processing documentation, providing customer support, and assisting with various administrative functions in a fast-paced industrial and distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data records and shipment details.

  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.

  • Scan and image documents electronically.

  • Provide customer service and phone support.

  • Fax, copy, and distribute documents as needed.

  • File and organize records and shipping documentation.

  • Support other office and administrative functions.

  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • English proficiency required; bilingual candidates are a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent software.

  • Ability to recognize and interpret U.S. Customs and shipping documents.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience in an industrial, trucking, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment required.

  • Import/export experience is a plus.

  • High School Diploma or GED required (verification required).
