The Company:

This builder is a leading Australian commercial builder with an established presence across a range of industry sectors, including industrial, mixed-use, health and education.

This role will be a mix of both office and site based. 
  
Responsibilities:
  • Provide HSE support across multiple commercial construction projects
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
  • Review SWMS and project HSE documentation
  • Support incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Provide practical advice to project teams and subcontractors
  • Support ISO and OFSC requirements
  • Drive a positive and proactive safety culture
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and senior stakeholders
Relevant Experience:
  • Strong commercial construction experience
  • Senior HSE Advisor experience across multiple projects
  • Strong ISO and OFSC experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A practical, collaborative and commercially minded approach
  • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
