Shift Supervisors - Cold Storage | Truganina -Brand New Facility

We are currently seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join a new purpose-built cold storage facility in Truganina. With both AM and PM shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced and growing 3PL environment.

Available Shifts

• AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• PM Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
• Monday to Friday

About the Role As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading teams on the floor, and ensuring productivity, safety, and performance targets are consistently met within a large-scale facility.

Given the size and layout of the site, this is a highly active, hands-on leadership role, requiring you to be on your feet and engaged across operations throughout your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse teams to achieve daily KPIs
• Manage workflow and operational efficiency across the shift
• Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
• Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback to team members
• Liaise with management and support continuous improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Previous 3PL experience – non-negotiable
• Strong computer literacy (WMS experience advantageous)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (approx. 35,000 steps per shift)
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of managing teams effectively
• Ability to pass a police check

Desirable

• Previous experience working in a cold storage environment (highly regarded but not essential)
