Job Summary
Core Personnel is seeking a thorough, detail-oriented Window Warehouse Specialist for our client, Western Pacific, in Austin, TX. In this role, accuracy and thoroughness are the highest priorities. You will be responsible for managing the intake of window products, organizing inventory, staging and loading trucks, and executing safe local deliveries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receiving & Intake: Follow standard operating procedures to closely monitor, inspect, and verify all incoming products against shipping paperwork to ensure 100% order accuracy.
Inventory Management: Check in products with a high level of accuracy, apply labels, and systematically organize materials into their correct bin locations.
Logistics Planning: Look ahead at the production schedule to proactively plan and prepare the warehouse for incoming shipments.
Loading & Delivery: Appropriately and safely load window products onto delivery trucks. Drive a company vehicle to deliver products to customer sites (typically active construction areas) as needed.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by adhering to Western Pacific systems, policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Team Collaboration: Actively assist in other warehouse or manufacturing areas as required to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of related warehouse or distribution experience (experience handling window or building products is highly preferred).
Driving Credentials: Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must have the ability/experience to drive a 3/4-ton truck with a trailer.
Equipment Skills: Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy with the ability to enter received inventory into a POS software program.
Physical Ability: Must be able to read/interpret shipping and receiving paperwork and comfortably lift and carry heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
Mindset: A positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and the strategic thinking needed to help the management team deploy resources and exceed customer expectations.
Work Environment
Work is primarily performed on a receiving dock and in a warehouse, with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and dust.
Deliveries involve driving a company vehicle to customer locations, which are often active construction sites requiring PPE.
This role requires a high level of social interaction to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
