About the Company
Our client is a leading local government organisation undertaking a significant, multi-year TechnologyOne ERP transformation. They are looking for an experienced L&D Lead to take ownership of the learning strategy and ensure their workforce is capable, confident and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.
Working closely with senior Change, L&D and ERP stakeholders, as well as external delivery partners, you will lead the learning function across multiple program releases, from Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design through to content development, deployment and learner readiness.

About the Company
Our client is a leading local government organisation undertaking a significant, multi-year TechnologyOne ERP transformation. They are looking for an experienced L&D Lead to take ownership of the learning strategy and ensure their workforce is capable, confident and ready to adopt new systems and ways of working.
Working closely with senior Change, L&D and ERP stakeholders, as well as external delivery partners, you will lead the learning function across multiple program releases, from Training Needs Analysis and curriculum design through to content development, deployment and learner readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the ERP Learning Strategy across three major program releases.
- Lead Training Needs Analysis, curriculum development and learning journey design.
- Govern learner groups, role/process mapping, content requirements and delivery approaches.
- Lead and quality-assure the development of eLearning, instructor-led training, videos and Quick Reference Guides.
- Provide direction to 2–3 external learning/content development resources.
- Oversee the end-to-end learning content review, quality assurance and sign-off process.
- Manage the learning deployment and training schedule across multiple workforce cohorts.
- Partner with Change and L&D leadership on training communications and manager activation.
- Facilitate executive briefings, manager activation sessions and selected train-the-trainer activities.
- Significant experience within L&D, learning transformation, ERP learning or organisational change.
- Proven experience leading learning delivery within a major ERP or technology transformation.
- Strong experience developing and owning learning strategies, TNA and training plans.
- Demonstrated capability across curriculum design, learning journeys and content governance.
- Experience managing external learning vendors, consultants or content developers.
- Hands-on LMS experience; LearnUpon/OWL and SCORM experience highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operational and senior levels.
