We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their professional team on a 4-week temporary assignment, serving as the face of the organisation within their prestigious CBD office.

The Opportunity
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the firm's high standards. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of a sophisticated corporate office while supporting a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a professional and courteous welcome to clients, visitors, and business partners
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently and appropriately
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring all facilities are prepared to a high standard
  • Supporting general office administration, including invoice processing and issuing security access cards
  • Assisting senior leaders and colleagues with administrative and operational requirements
  • Maintaining the presentation of reception, meeting rooms, and client-facing areas at all times
  • Supporting the efficient operation of the office through proactive coordination and attention to detail
About You
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception or front-of-house position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional presentation and a strong commitment to client service
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
