We are currently recruiting for Centre Director opportunities across Regional NSW, with positions available in Wagga Wagga and Kolodong. Both services offer the opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make a genuine impact on the service, team, children and families. About Expect A Star

The Role
- Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
- Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
- Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
- Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
- Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
Role Requirements
- Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
- Prior experience within a leadership position
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
- Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
