Customer Care Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
North Haven
Pay: $21–$23/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers while working heavily with data, files, and administrative processes behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer accounts through data entry, file uploads, and record management
• Process invoices and orders with a high level of accuracy
• Match, verify, and reconcile numerical data and customer records
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates as needed
• Maintain organized documentation, spreadsheets, and reports
• Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas)
• High attention to detail, especially when working with numbers and data
• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule:

• Must be flexible to work between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
