THE ROLE

The successful candidate will be joining an established and high performing Commercial team. The role will involve hands on and practical experience across a full range of contentious and non-contentious matters;

  • Calendar and inbox management.
  • Coordination of meetings.
  • Monthly Billing.
  • Secretarial support.
  • File management of electronic files.

ABOUT YOU

This opportunity is not being extended to students or those without unrestricted working rights.

To be considered for the role, you will be a professional and motivated individual with practical experience in a Legal Secretary position or PA role in a corporate environment. In addition to this you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 year’s experience as a Legal Secretary or Corporate PA position.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Be able to work 5 days per week.
