Supporting the Head of Business Services, you'll be the go-to person for diary management, inbox coordination, meetings, travel and team administration. You'll keep things running smoothly, manage competing priorities, and provide high-quality support across the wider directorate.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy inbox, diary and meeting schedule
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and event logistics
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Monitor and respond to shared team inboxes
- Coordinate papers, approvals and key documentation
- Track actions and follow up on deliverables
- Build strong relationships across the business
- Provide day-to-day team coordination support
