Corporate Recruiter

JUST HR is recruiting for an interim Corporate Recruiter to join a well-established Western Canadian organization on a 6-month contract. This interim role will add recruitment capacity to a busy Talent Acquisition team and help keep key hiring priorities moving forward. This is a dedicated recruitment position focused primarily on corporate and head office hiring. The successful candidate will step into an active portfolio, manage multiple searches independently, and partner closely with hiring managers across the business. There is genuine potential for the contract to be extended or convert to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of corporate and head office positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and candidate profiles
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify qualified candidates
• Screen and assess candidates and present strong shortlists to hiring managers
• Manage a high volume of active requisitions while keeping searches moving forward
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer processes
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Provide regular pipeline and recruitment updates to Talent Acquisition leadership
• Prioritize competing searches and adjust quickly as business needs change
• Collaborate with the existing Talent Acquisition team to support broader hiring goals

Requirements

• Previous full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally supporting corporate or head office functions
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions at the same time
• Able to work independently and take ownership of an active recruitment portfolio
• Comfortable joining a busy team and getting up to speed quickly
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working through changing priorities and some organizational ambiguity
• Collaborative approach and ability to integrate effectively with an established Talent Acquisition team

Remuneration

• Hourly rate: $30-35/hr
• There is potential for the contract to be extended or convert to a permanent position.
