Pallet Controller
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Administrator / Pallet Controller to join our team in Minto, NSW for an immediate start. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse and transport operations, with a strong focus on pallet control, documentation management, compliance, and operational coordination.
Role Details

• Location: Minto, NSW
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate pallet account balances (CHEP, LOSCAM and other hire equipment).
• Investigate and resolve pallet discrepancies and reconcile pallet movements.
• Liaise with customers, carriers and internal stakeholders regarding pallet queries and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate pallet records, reporting and inventory control systems.
• Manage Proof of Delivery (PODs), consignment notes, manifests and related documentation.
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), safety and quality requirements.
• Validate transport documentation against regulatory and operational requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to onsite Transport Coordinators.
• Assist with carrier bookings, scheduling, communications and daily transport activities.

Skills & Experience

• Previous pallet control experience is essential.
• Knowledge of 2IC (two-way inventory control) systems preferred.
• Experience within transport, logistics or warehouse administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient administrative and documentation management skills.
