This physician-owned OB/GYN practice in the heart of Phoenix is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to support continued growth. Join a collaborative team of three providers with plans for continued expansion. With a proven path to partnership, rising obstetric volumes, and growing surgical opportunities, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a successful long-term career in private practice.
The Position:
• 3 or 4-day work week with 1:12 call
• Current delivery volume averages 27–30 births per month.
• 4 Davinci Robots onsite with brand new women's health tower.
• Lucrative partnership track with med spa bonus potential, profit sharing, and production bonuses.
• Significant clinical autonomy in a private practice model
• Full benefits with sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and training stipend provided.
• Even mix of OB to GYN with ability to flex to heavy GYN work.
• 2026/2027 graduates welcome to apply - robust mentorship/double scrub provided.
