Position Summary

The Hospital Director will serve as part of the Board of Directors (BOD) and will be responsible for overseeing the overall operational performance of the hospital and affiliated clinic businesses. The role requires a commercially driven and hands-on leader with strong hospital operational management experience, strategic capability, and the ability to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end hospital and clinic operations

  • Ensure operational excellence across medical and non-medical functions

  • Drive business performance, efficiency, and service quality improvement initiatives

  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives

  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs to ensure sustainable growth

  • Collaborate closely with shareholders and senior leadership on strategic initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards

  • Build and strengthen operational governance, SOPs, and organizational effectiveness

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including doctors, management teams, and external partners

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within hospital operations at senior management or director level

  • Strong understanding of hospital business management and healthcare operations

  • Experience managing multi-unit healthcare operations or clinic networks is an advantage

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercially aware with the ability to balance operational and business priorities

  • Familiarity with premium/private healthcare service environments preferred
