- 参与 AI Native My Notes 的核心研发，围绕会议助手、实时记录、内容整理、AI 总结、知识沉淀与个人知识管理等场景，打造世界一流的 AI Native 产品体验
- 负责核心功能的 端到端设计与实现，覆盖前端 / 客户端、服务端、数据与 AI 能力集成，并持续优化系统架构和用户体验
- 负责关键系统的性能、稳定性、可靠性、可观测性和工程效率建设，持续提升产品质量与研发效率
- 主导或参与复杂技术方案的设计与评审，能够在需求模糊、快速迭代的环境中识别关键问题，推动架构持续演进
- 深度参与产品讨论，从用户价值、产品体验和增长角度提出建议，通过数据、实验和用户反馈持续推动产品迭代
- 探索并实践 AI Native Engineering，将 AI Coding、Agent 等能力深度融入研发流程，提升个人及团队的开发效率和工程质量
任职要求
- 扎实的计算机基础和工程能力，能够编写高质量、可维护、可测试、可演进的生产级代码
- 具备较强的 Full-Stack 能力：在前端 / 客户端 / 服务端至少一个方向具备较深的技术积累，同时能够快速理解并参与其他技术栈，具备端到端解决问题的能力
- 有复杂系统设计和工程实践经验，能够快速理解大型代码库和系统架构，定位关键瓶颈，并提出系统性的技术方案
- 具备良好的架构设计能力，能够综合考虑性能、稳定性、扩展性、安全性、开发效率以及长期维护成本等工程权衡
- 产品思维强，不仅关注“功能是否实现”，也关注用户是否真正需要、体验是否足够好，以及如何持续提升产品使用率和留存
- 熟练使用 AI Coding 工具，能够将 AI 深度融入需求理解、技术设计、编码、调试、测试、Code Review 和重构等日常研发流程
- 学习能力强，能够快速进入新的业务领域、技术栈和 AI 开发范式，并将学习结果转化为实际产出
- 主动性和 Ownership 强，善于发现问题、定义问题并推动解决，而不仅仅是执行已经明确的需求
- 逻辑清晰，能够在复杂问题中快速抓住关键矛盾，做出合理的工程和产品判断
- 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够清晰阐述技术方案、架构设计和工程取舍，并有效推动跨职能、跨团队协作
- 对大模型、AI Agent 及 AI 应用工程有浓厚兴趣，对 AI 正在改变的软件产品形态和研发模式保持高度敏感

- 日常重度使用 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 工具，有成熟的 AI 工作流
- 有 AI Native 产品、会议助手、AI 助手、个人知识管理等生产力工具的深度使用经验，对产品体验和技术实现有自己的判断
- 有 AI Agent、AI Chat、RAG、会议总结、智能写作、Knowledge / Memory 等 AI 应用研发经验
- 有性能优化、稳定性建设、可观测性、工程基础设施或大型系统架构演进经验
- 能够结合用户反馈和产品数据主动发现机会，并推动产品或技术方案从想法走向落地
