About you
You will bring:
- Significant experience delivering complex residential greenfield projects, with a strong track record in master planning.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams (minimum 2 direct staff), with the ability to drive commercial outcomes across a mixed-use environment.
- Commercial acumen and confidence navigating built form outcomes and structuring terms, including experience with, or strong exposure to, joint venture arrangements.
- A forward-thinking mindset, energy and drive to take on a complex, high-profile project and see it through to successful delivery.
