Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions
- Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical initiatives
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration
- Master's qualification in Advanced Practice Nursing (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in cardiac or critical care
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic capability
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Salary from $148,470 + 12% super (pro rata)
- Post-Graduate allowances up to 7.5% based on qualification type
