- Operate and monitor laboratory and semi-automated testing equipment
- Assemble, disassemble, inspect and maintain testing components
- Prepare chemicals, reagents and materials for testing programs
- Support laboratory analysis and sample characterisation activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and environmental standards
- Qualification in Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Laboratory, metallurgical or research experience highly regarded
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work safely within laboratory environments
- Passion for learning and contributing to innovative technologies
