Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an experienced Contract Administrator who understands the subcontractor side of the industry and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing contracts across multiple commercial projects
- Reviewing and negotiating subcontract agreements
- Progress claims, variations, and cost tracking
- Liaising with builders, project managers, and site teams
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project requirements
- Managing procurement and supplier coordination
- Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator working for a subcontractor
- Strong understanding of commercial construction projects
- Experience dealing with Tier 2 builders
- Solid knowledge of contracts, variations, and claims processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Immediate start available
