We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our growing maintenance team based in Erskine Park, NSW. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering excellent rates, job security, and plenty of overtime for those looking to maximise their earnings.

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of plant and equipment through a combination of reactive and preventative maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
  • The Maintenance Fitter will carry out breakdown maintenance and fault finding
  • This Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for mechanical repairs and equipment troubleshooting
  • The Maintenance Fitter will carry out pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities
  • As Maintenance Fitter you will carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • The Maintenance Fitter will carry out project and improvement works
  • The Maintenance Fitter will be required to maintain accurate maintenance records
  • The Maintenance Fitter will be working safely and adhering to site procedures
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter / Fitter & Turner
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automated equipment (desirable)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety
