The Opportunity:
- Lead and develop the Client Liaison team throughout the construction journey
- Manage team performance, resources, and customer service outcomes
- Drive growth through continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members
- Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience
- Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent client communication throughout construction
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

- Previous experience as a Client Liaison Manager within the residential building industry
- Senior Client Liaison Officers or Team Leaders looking to take the next step are encouraged to apply

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve outstanding customer outcomes
- Salary up to $130,000 + super
- Full-time position with part-time considered
