This is a high-impact role with responsibility for driving the effectiveness of billing and collections across 10+ offices in the region, working closely with Partners, local finance leads, revenue controllers and wider global teams.

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager (EMEA) to join its Global Finance team in London. This is a high-impact role with responsibility for driving the effectiveness of billing and collections across 10+ offices in the region, working closely with Partners, local finance leads, revenue controllers and wider global teams.
You’ll take ownership of EMEA revenue performance—setting direction, managing key stakeholders, and delivering against billing, collections, ageing and lock-up targets, while supporting strategic firmwide initiatives around inventory management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full accountability for the effectiveness of billing and collections across designated EMEA practice groups and offices
- Delivering against defined targets, including monthly billing/collections, ageing, and lock-up reduction
- Managing all phases of the inventory cycle, with oversight of WIP and AR and production of regular reporting
- Driving target-setting and coordinating billing/collection campaigns across the region
- Partnering with Partners and local Finance Managers to monitor exposures, recommend actions, and improve outcomes
- Monitoring risk on fixed/capped fee matters and wider client exposure, escalating where appropriate
- Preparing reporting, forecasting and analysis for senior leadership, including support for quarterly Executive Committee meetings
- Supporting global initiatives, including implementation of a firmwide inventory management system
- Proven experience leading a revenue / credit control function in a complex environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior Partners and leadership teams
- Deep, hands-on revenue control expertise (law firm experience preferred)
- The ability to influence, manage challenging conversations, and deliver results under pressure
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Strong systems capability, including intermediate Excel/Word, and experience with Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar PMS
- Knowledge of SAR and VAT is beneficial (not essential)
- Additional languages are helpful but not required
