The Role
Engaging with qualified inbound leads, guiding vendors looking to sell their property quickly. A consultative sales approach, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset are key to success.
- Basic salary up to £35,000 & uncapped OTE - top performers exceed £140,000!
- 4 commission streams - multiple ways to earn
- Warm inbound leads - no cold calling required
- Stunning Leeds offices with a team of 25
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 12:30pm).
Requirements
Proven sales experience - property or investment experience is a bonus
- A confident communicator with strong influencing skills
- Money-motivated with a desire to maximise earnings
- Resilient, driven, and focused on success
