About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to provide high-quality Level 2 IT support and lead infrastructure projects. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, high-performing environments while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support across IT environments
- Manage and deliver infrastructure projects (servers, networks, security)
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and act as an escalation point
- Maintain and monitor systems in line with SLAs
- Contribute to documentation, security practices, and process improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and support team capability
- Experience working in an MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft stack expertise (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra)
- Solid networking and infrastructure knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, security)
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in SLA-driven environments and ticketing systems
- 3 years experience in IT
- Experience with Microsoft SaaS applications
- Experience with IP Telephony systems
- Demonstrated experience with business data backup solutions
- Ability to manage projects autonomously
