Location: Pine Valley, CA

Duration: 2-Month Contract (Conversion to FTE possible, based on budget availability)

Pay Rate: $20.50-24.50/hr

Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week to start, with option for 1 remote day/week once fully trained. Core hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM




Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support timekeeping and records administration for the department. This role is responsible for accurately inputting employee hours into the company's timekeeping system and maintaining records in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation standards. The ideal candidate thrives under time-sensitive conditions and consistently meets production, accuracy, and completeness standards.




Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage and support day-to-day data entry and records-keeping functions within the department. Key responsibilities include:




Essential Job Duties and Job Functions:

• Input employee hours worked into the MyTime timekeeping system
• Maintain records keeping and retention of DOT documentation
• Input information from a variety of sources into a database
• Meet established standards for production volume, accuracy, and completeness
• Support various additional tasks as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under various time-sensitive situations
• Comfortable working with data entry systems and databases

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college-level education preferred
• Level II: 2–5 years of relevant experience
