Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision crimping and cable cutting/preparation.
- Assemble connectors, pins, cable assemblies, and molded components.
- Perform chemical cleaning, sandblasting, epoxy preparation, and laser marking.
- Follow technical drawings, procedures, and manufacturing specifications.
- Develop basic solder termination skills.
- Inspect and prepare parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Hand-crimping experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, and technical procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
