Senior Business Analyst - Quality & Process Transformation

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-moving programme focused on reviewing, standardising and improving quality and regulatory processes across a complex organisation.

This role would particularly suit a Senior BA with strong coordination and process design experience, ideally gained within a medical regulatory, medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly quality-controlled environment.

About the role
You’ll work across multiple business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design consistent and practical future-state processes.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Analysing, mapping and documenting existing quality and regulatory processes.
• Leading process redesign and standardisation across different areas of the organisation.
• Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitating workshops and translating findings into practical future-state processes.
• Coordinating activities, stakeholders, dependencies and deliverables across workstreams.
• Supporting quality and regulatory requirements within a controlled environment.
• Contributing to technology, computer system validation and cybersecurity-related work where required.
• Providing analysis and insights to support programme decision-making.

About you
You’ll be an experienced Senior BA who can hit the ground running, quickly understand an existing environment and bring structure to complex or inconsistent processes.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Strong Senior Business Analyst experience with a focus on process analysis, process design and process improvement.
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to help drive work forward across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working within quality-focused and highly regulated environments.
• Ideally, experience within a medical regulatory agency, medical device, pharmaceutical manufacturing or related environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing quality and regulatory quality processes.
• Strong analytical, process mapping, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to work effectively with limited direction.

Experience with computer system validation (CSV), cybersecurity, quality management systems (QMS) or working as a BA/PM hybrid would be highly advantageous.

This is an initial 3-month contract with an immediate requirement, so candidates available to start within the next two weeks will be strongly considered.
